I’m Stacey, a Miami Beach wedding photographer, storyteller, mom, and someone who feels most at home near the ocean. I’m kind, fun loving, and deeply focused on what matters most on your wedding day. Whether you’re exchanging vows on a beautiful beach or celebrating in a Palm Beach ballroom, my focus stays the same. Creating timeless, classic wedding photographs that give you a real sense of how your entire day felt.
My photography career began in photojournalism, covering everything from college athletics to professional sports. Yes, I can still talk sports, and I proudly pull that skill out when the groom is a fan. More than 15 years ago, that photojournalistic background naturally led me into wedding photography, where real storytelling, emotion, and connection are at the heart of everything I do. Weddings are once in a lifetime celebrations filled with joy, emotion, and meaning, and your photographs should reflect all of that honestly and beautifully.
Blending classic portraiture with a documentary approach, I’ll be by your side as the day unfolds. From the quiet moments as you step into your gown to the last song on the dance floor, I’m there to capture it all naturally, beautifully, and honestly.

Do you shoot for a fixed number of
hours?
ANSWER
Our packages range from 8 to 10 hours of coverage with principal photographer Stacey Ambrosio. We’ll gladly review the various options with you and together create a collection that best meets the specific needs of your wedding day. We also provide intimate collections for weddings with 50 guests or less.

Who will be photographing my
wedding? Do you recommend having
two primary photographers?
ANSWER
Once you have booked with Ambrosio Photography, you can rest assured that Stacey Ambrosio will be your principal photographer. Having two photographers is certainly valuable as it allows us to be in two places at once… but I often photograph weddings without an associate depending on the flow of your wedding day! Wedding day coverage always includes an assistant for every wedding I photograph. They are SO helpful in carrying equipment, holding your bouquet, or searching for that missing family member! Let’s chat further about your wedding day and I can help you decide what coverage is best for you!

Will we meet with you beforehand?
ANSWER
Yes, I always recommend we meet in advance for coffee, tea or lunch even! It is so important that we have a great connection & you are comfortable with me love my photography style. If you live in another state I am happy to set up a zoom meeting with you & your families! About 30 days prior to your wedding day we set up another chat to discuss your timeline – or I communicate directly with your wedding planner and iron out all the important details

How much of the shoot is candid vs.
posed?
ANSWER
Our style is a combination of journalism and classic portraits. Documentary photography is our approach for most of your wedding day! This is one of the important topics that we will cover in our in-person consultation. I will provide you with a suggested “group photo” list prior to the event, which you can use as a guideline and ensure that we don’t miss any key family portraits.

How many images should we expect
to receive & how long does it take
to see our images?
ANSWER
I know how excited you will be to relive your wedding day & we aim to deliver your complete retouched gallery 4-6 weeks after your celebration is complete! We deliver on average 75-100 images per hour of coverage, but we never limit the number of photos we shoot. All images are the intellectual property of Stacey Ambrosio and Ambrosio Photography.
QUESTION
Do you post all of our images from
our wedding on a secure internet
site? How long does it remain online?
ANSWER
The images are delivered in a private, password protected gallery with full printing rights. You can print, share, email or download any of the high resolution images with anyone you would like! The gallery will be hosted for one year from your wedding date.

Do you Charge for travel?
ANSWER
Based in Miami Beach, I am Miami wedding photographer, but do not charge travel or travel time for weddings in Broward, Palm Beach or the Upper Keys! An overnight travel fee is applied for weddings in Key West & anywhere else outside of South Florida.
