St. Patrick’s Day always brings emerald green to m St. Patrick’s Day always brings emerald green to mind, a color that feels vibrant, timeless, and full of meaning. Emeralds have a richness that stands out in the best way, especially when they’re part of a love story. For Eileen, that meaning was deeply personal. Her emerald engagement ring is a family heirloom, passed down through generations, and its deep green color quietly inspired parts of the day. The bridesmaids wore elegant dark green dresses that tied beautifully into the palette and felt like the perfect nod to that stunning ring. Her bouquet was made of soft baby’s breath, a flower often associated with everlasting love and purity, which added a light and airy contrast to the deeper greens around her. From the heirloom on her hand to the colors woven throughout the day, it all came together in such a natural and meaningful way. Sometimes the most beautiful details in a wedding are the ones that already carry a story.Bride: @eileenaberferguson

One of my favorite details from Brooke and Justin’ One of my favorite details from Brooke and Justin’s wedding was this incredible bridal party palette. The mix of warm spring tones felt bright, fresh, and full of life. Blush, rose, olive, champagne, florals, and deep wine all came together beautifully. Every dress was different, but together it created the perfect balance of color and texture.Paired with those lush pink bouquets, the whole look felt romantic, vibrant, and completely effortless around Brooke.Bride: @breiz95

There’s just nothing quite like sunset in Key West There’s just nothing quite like sunset in Key West. The late afternoon light on the beach has a way of turning everything warm, soft, and a little bit magical. When a ceremony happens right as that golden light starts to settle over the ocean, it feels like the entire island pauses for a moment.Gillian and Austin’s ceremony was exactly that kind of moment. Surrounded by swaying palms, the sound of the water, and all of their favorite people, they said their vows as the sun slowly dropped behind them. The soft colors of the late afternoon golden hour were reflected in all of their details, scroll through to see their reception decor- designed by @milan_event - set right on the sand at @casamarinaresortHappy first anniversary, Gillian and Austin. This weekend marks one year for Gillian and Austin This weekend marks one year for Gillian and Austin. Tomorrow is their first anniversary and I cannot believe how quickly the time has gone by.Before sharing photos from their beautiful oceanside ceremony and celebration at Casa Marina in Key West, I wanted to start with a few favorites from Gillian’s getting ready time.Key West weddings always bring the most incredible color, and this bright, cheerful bridal suite felt like the perfect reflection of the day ahead. From the tropical invitations and soft florals to the pastel walls and glowing natural light, every corner of the space felt joyful. The brightness of the room matched Gillian’s excitement as she stepped into her dress with her sisters and her mom by her side. And this is just the beginning. Tomorrow I’ll be sharing more from their incredible day at @casamarinaresort , including their oceanfront ceremony, the beachside celebration, and all the magic that made their Key West wedding so unforgettable.Bride: @gillsvac

There’s always something special about the moment There’s always something special about the moment right after a wedding ceremony ends and the celebration begins. For Nikki and Rick, that transition into their stunning reception felt like stepping into the next chapter of the day, surrounded by family, friends, and a room that reflected every detail they had envisioned. One of my favorite parts of a ballroom reveal is photographing the reactions when a couple sees all of their planning and vision come to life for the very first time. The smiles, the excitement, the quiet moment of “wow, this is really happening” before the party begins.Take a scroll through to see the incredible design and decor created by @alavisheventdesign .And when the ballroom is empty for those first few minutes, it’s also the perfect time to practice your first dance. Nikki and Rick, your choreographed first dance was executed perfectly, but Rick’s reaction at the end might have been my favorite part.Scroll to see more from this beautiful day.Bride: @nikkiizzy

Introducing Dr. and Dr. Van Besien!Last weekend Introducing Dr. and Dr. Van Besien!Last weekend they were married on a beautiful South Florida evening, and their biggest wish was to celebrate their ceremony outdoors. The weather could not have been more perfect for their nighttime vows under the stars, surrounded by the people who mean the most to them. One of my favorite parts of photographing at this gorgeous hotel and golf course is the incredible tree in the center of the courtyard. Nicole grew up playing golf here with her family, which made it even more meaningful. That stunning tree always creates the most beautiful backdrop for portraits, and it was the perfect place to capture a few quiet moments together before the celebration began.Scroll through to see more from this beautiful day.
